Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Philadelphia, PA)

Amberfield Iron Pharma Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
