Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Orlando, FL)

Fernwood Mill Care Services supports families and individuals in Orlando with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
