Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Orlando, FL)

Bright Kestrel Housing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
