Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Orlando, FL)

Ironwood Lantern Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Orlando, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
