Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Orlando, FL)

Rivermark Ridge Property Management is a Orlando property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
