Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Orlando, FL)

Summit Wren Energy Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
