Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Orlando, FL)

Greenridge Beacon Manufacturing Group is a Orlando manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
