Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Orlando, FL)

Cedar Pike Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Orlando region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
