Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Orchard Freight Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
