Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Field Markets and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
