Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Orlando, FL)

Greenridge Pine Community Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
