Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Hollow Environmental Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
