Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

Ironwood Union Hospitality is a hospitality company in Omaha with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
