Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Birch Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
