Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

Stonegate Ivory Legal Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
