Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Wilder Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
