Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Wren Farms Associates and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
