Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Nova Timber Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
