Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Clearpath Maple Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
