Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Granite Housing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
