Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Fernwood Juniper Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 153 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
