Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Haven Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
