Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Basin Facilities Group is a facilities company in Oklahoma City with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
