Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Greenridge Meridian Legal Group is a law firm in Oklahoma City serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
