Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Nest Manufacturing is a Oklahoma City manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
