Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Clearpath Pine Auto Group is a Oklahoma City company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
