Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Cedar Sparrow Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Oklahoma City region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
