Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oakland, CA)

Lumen Wilder Medical is a Oakland company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
