Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oakland, CA)

Greenridge Oak Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Oakland working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
