Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (New Orleans, LA)

Stonegate Markets serves neighbourhoods around New Orleans with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
