Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (New Orleans, LA)

Foxglove Harbor Telecom is a telecommunications provider in New Orleans focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
