Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Iron Auto Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
