Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge West Energy is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
