Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Bridge Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Minneapolis, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
