Summit Fern Energy is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
