Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Minneapolis, MN)

Greenridge Junction Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Minneapolis region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
