Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Milwaukee, WI)

Westbrook Fern Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Milwaukee, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
