Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Pine Press and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
