Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Milwaukee, WI)

Bluepeak Field Financial is a financial-services company in Milwaukee, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
