Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Miami, FL)

Amberfield Oak Legal Group is a law firm in Miami serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Miami. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
