Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Miami, FL)

Amberfield Fox Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Miami. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
