Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Memphis, TN)

Stonegate Harbor Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Memphis working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
