Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Memphis, TN)

Silverline Lakeside Energy is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
