Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Memphis, TN)

Foxglove Clear Energy Partners is an energy provider in Memphis focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
