Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Ivory Hospitality Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
