Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Memphis, TN)

Stonegate Granite Markets serves neighbourhoods around Memphis with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
