Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Memphis, TN)

Harborlight Hollow Care Services Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
