Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lantern Community Partners and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
