Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Memphis, TN)

Bright Ridge Medical is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
