Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Madison, WI)

Greenridge Junction Manufacturing Group is a Madison manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 498 people based in Madison. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
